*Take an empty container.
*Fill it 3/4 of the way with water.
*Add shaving cream to the top to become your clouds.
*In a separate bowl, mix a few drops of blue food coloring with water.
*Use a dropper (small tube with suction bulb) to drop colored water on the clouds.
*Then watch the rain fall.
